FFVIII before I realized enemies scale as you level, but the formula is so screwed up that the more you level, the more they get stronger than you exponentially. I don't see a problem of say me putting it on mediafire and linking it in here, since it was limited only to people who bought OoT3D there is no profit being taken away from "pirating" the disk.
