Scenes From A Multiverse is hard to beat and great for fans of SMBC.
NNFB has drastically improved its art which seems to have put the kibosh on any sort of consistent update.
Anything by Evan Dahm is a safe bet. Rice Boy, Vattu, or Order of Tales.
