In my experience that don't check that closely. If you claim your grandparent's residence, then you have Floridian taxpayers backing you, but again, it's not like they have a lot of investigators for this sort of thing.

I've only had one person complain about my smoking in public, and they were insanely rude about it. I have never really witnessed people being genuinely affected by my smoking, except the one guy that got in my face to tell me to stop. If you don't like it then don't walk directly in front of smoke...
