Instead of the whole "death row inmates as energy source" thing maybe it would be a good idea to discuss whether or not the death penalty is even a good idea I don't agree with it. Ok, example time. We still destroy to do most anything. Most of the ideas here would result in deaths. And we don't just have to use humans. We can use other things too, if you feel too close to your fellow man. Hell, we could in theory use plants!

Why not? give me three good reasons besides "thats dumb and your dumb," and I'll believe whatever you want and never mention the subject again. Regardless of what they have done, they are still human beings. You're almost, if not worse, for thinking of the idea of taking the less than acceptable to...
