Well, it's the y'all issue as well as the fact that I'm kind of a hippy and am surrounded by conservatives - including my brother in law, who spent 20 minutes telling me how the UN was pointless and that passive solar housing units wouldn't work in Texas. And the fact that it's still 95 degrees outs...

I am currently in Texas, and I dislike it greatly.

I just spent 4 straight hours planning out a class schedule for myself only to find that I have to wait until orientation to enroll in classes. I just read about 200 pages of course descriptions, GE requirements, and transfer information in order to make this thing perfect. I REFUSE TO WAIT. RAAAAAGE.

My voice teacher had her annual Princess Party tonight - with a 100% Disney Princess theme. I wanted to go to the Prince party my guy friends threw in response (They just played video games and hung out), but I already said that I would go to this one. I was VERY out of place. Does it get the lighting angles right and everything? If so, would you mind pointing out the location of said organ in your body so that I can harvest it and sell it on the black market?

I watched it the other day. I'd forgotten how much I adore that film. I'm taking it with me to college. Stoked.

It's not a bad thing. It just gets distracting when you throw in dramatic lighting, a fast paced, political script, and his character's constant wrinkling of his brows.

And also - holy crap, I just remember Chicken Soup for the Soul. Does anybody else remember those books?
