Re: D&D: Dungeons and Deathtraps
4 (2 human 2 elf) of the guards head down to open the gate, and upon opening it, "Alright, what's so important you need us to... what happened to Billsby!?" He looks at the not-dead-yet corpse of the other guard. OW, you are on the top of the wall, invisible. You can see into the fort, and most of t...

Re: D&D: Dungeons and Deathtraps
Blanche, with Aya's expert disguise skills, even you don't recognize yourself. You may add fake scuffs and bloodstains and etc if you wish, any specific wounds you want? OW, you solid snake your way to the wall, where I assume you are going to use that grappling hook, so let's roll for climb! Wow, t...

Re: D&D: Dungeons and Deathtraps
First, Semli's attack knocks the guard unconscious. As he is still technically alive, Blanche still chooses to attack, killing the downed elf. You manage to take all things to help with the disguise, all the way down to the lace underwear. Aside from the armor/weapon/clothing, there is nothing of va...

Re: D&D: Dungeons and Deathtraps
Lucky for you, the lightning appears just below the top-of-the-wall guards' line of sight, and then knocks the remaining guard out. Without interference he will eventually stabilize at round 4 after being knocked out, should anyone care.

Re: D&D: Dungeons and Deathtraps
The two guards at the gate decide not to send their slime to investigate (not wanting to damage potential loot), and decide Guard 2 will investigate. He enters the woods, uneasy, as if he knows he's gonna be killed by the halfling in the bushes he is unaware of. He takes a quick look at the bushes, ...

Re: D&D: Dungeons and Deathtraps
Very well, you shall re-hide in his bush. Maybe it's the branches in your eye talking, but you feel even more hidden then before, and since you two are in the same bush you can see each other well enough now.

Re: D&D: Dungeons and Deathtraps
You guys are now hiding in the bushes, waiting for the plan to start. Neither of you can see the other in their hiding spot, and whether that means you are a master of disguise or your ally is blind as a bat remains to be seen.

Re: D&D: Dungeons and Deathtraps
If you are all done discussing the plan and asking any important info about the situation, go ahead and sum up to me your plan in full and state your first action of it. Not that you have to explain the plan and just state your actions, but it would be nice to not be surprised if I misunderstood som...

Just dual wield and flurry until everything dies. Also, what point in the game are you at?

Re: D&D: Dungeons and Deathtraps
The potions are CL5 (including the potions of exploding runes). The forest has some shadow extending out to the fort. The terrain is grass, maybe a flower or two, and relatively flat land that they grow on.

Re: D&D: Dungeons and Deathtraps
Man I had completely forgotten you had a dead elf body with you. It's decaying and got maggots and stuff on it, I probably should have wolves come by if you don't ditch it. Any attempt to move the body ends with the head falling off due to Krom's previous snapping of its neck. As for the ghost, it n...

Re: D&D: Dungeons and Deathtraps
The disguise kit adds +2 to disguise checks, yes? So it can negate the penalty of any one symptom besides height, since they're pretty much all -2. So sure, it has fake ear extensions.
