It depends. Some people like inbred dragons and make large even-gen, stairstep, spiral etc. lineages. Other times inbred lineages will be really messy. A lot of inbred dragons are accidental because people weren't paying attention to the dragons in the parents' lineages.

I agree with Madican. Fetishes might be strange/gross/weird, but they're still fiction and as long as they don't leech into real life they're pretty harmless.
