Are kangaroos farmed/hunted for their meat the way ostrich and cows are? I didn't know they were considered game.

I would like to give some more unique meats a try. My parents knew a couple in California with an ostrich farm, and they raised the birds for meat. I really want to try ostrich sometime.

Heck, I've never even tried venison. Which is odd, since I live in Washington and there are deer everywhere.

We got some snow a week or two back, but it melted. Now it's just cold and frosty. I'm betting we'll have a late winter this year, since we had a late summer.
