We have no idea of knowing when the conspiracy theorist decided to hide, but if the mafia tried to kill them and failed, then they know for sure who it is. Unless they reveal that they're the conspiracy theor...

Also I have to say that this mafia theme, with 'vegetarians' versus 'bacon' mafia, is really reminding me of the current fiasco on tumblr between vegans and 'bloodmouths'.

The color pallete seems busy to me, too. It would probably work better if you incorporated the character's eye color into another part of her body (and if it's already in her cutie mark, then there's not really enough of it to see).
