Re: The Pokemon thread
So I succeeded in gathering all the pokemon I wanted for my team: Braxien, Inkay, Helioptile, Amaura, Noibat, and Phantump. I'm a little worried though, since none of my physical attackers are sweepers while all of my special attackers are. Malamar and Trevenant just don't have really great speed st...

Re: The Pokemon thread
I'm stumped as to why it'd block it. it can't be a dex thing because Trevenant is in the Mountain Kalos dex with Ditto. Only other restrictions would be "only Pokemon in party" and "knows an HM move" but neither of them apply in this situation. Could it be what you're trying to trade him for it? I ...

Re: The Pokemon thread
I'm pretty sure they are trading from a box; they set an entire box aside for trade fodder when I was getting ready to transfer my pokemon. And it only happened with the ditto; I was able to get my main six from the previous game file along with a Noibat and Trevenant I wanted to use for breeding. I...

Re: The Pokemon thread
Guys I need pekomen help I restarted my file and I gave a box of pokemon to my friend for safekeeping. Now I'm trying to get some of my pokemon back and the game isn't letting my friend trade my ditto back to me. It says "there's a pokemon in the trainer's party that can't be traded". Acrobatics is something you can deal with.
Also yeah, Evasion raising moves are awful.

I don't want the cop to reveal themself just to prove whether or not you're innocent, Dzelda.

I whole-heartedly support sleep clause. Putting all of your opponents' pokemon to sleep is a cheap tactic.

Re: Mafia - Gray Mann's Mech Mercs - DAY 2
If Dzelda is scum, it's possible the mafia killed Ycobb BECAUSE they knew it would make Dzelda look too suspicious and make us think they were actually being framed. Kind of reverse psychology, maybe?

Re: The Pokemon thread
I'll consider that too. I was planning on getting the sail fossil this run anyway since I nabbed the jaw fossil last time (a friend of mine is hanging on to pokemon from my previous file for me, including a shiny, some legendaries, and some rare items).

Re: The Pokemon thread
I think I'll go with Phantump instead of Pumpkaboo, because it has better attack. Though I don't know, I tend to favor sweepers over tanks...I should probably make sure at least one member of my team will be a good damage sponge. My Goodra from the previous file was a beast. It will be hard to find ...
