Don't sully my name by referring to someone else sharing that name as 'm'lady'. The term's modern day usage has become polluted by fedora.

People who act like I don't know what I'm talking about even when I've been taking classes about the subject we're discussing piss me off.

Re: Art Thread

The first example you posted isn't monochromatic, it's a triadic earth tone palette. Monochromatic means that the palette is all in one hue, including black and white (so, something with all blue tones, or all yellow). But it's all in one hue, brown is a shade of orange http://i.imgur.com/phhiD4B.p...

Re: General Game Gabbin'

Old games don't always work well on new computers, Mete. I had to spend hours patching Fallout 1 and Thief Gold. King's Quest VII can't even run on my computer unless I install DOS box, and then I have to install a digital version of the game [which is made free with proof of owning a physical copy,...

Re: All topics unimportant enough to not create a thread for

I guess it's because they assume the clerk doesn't think they look old enough, like "You don't look 21, I need to see your ID before I serve you alcohol", or "You don't look 17, show me your ID before I sell this M-rated game to you." It's dumb, I'm pretty sure most clerks will ask for ID regardless...

Re: The Elder Scrolls

I got a little bit alarmed the other day when I tried to enter the Thieves Guild and promptly turned every NPC in there hostile towards me, even the rats. Previously in this file I had tried to enter the Flagon before getting an invite and got counted as a trespasser, but I didn't think that would a...

Re: Health Thread: Questions, Concerns, and Discussion

My back itches when a stray hair tickles it, and my nose itches almost constantly, which I've chalked up to allergies. Other than those, I'm just a...generally itchy person. The skin under my bra straps itches a lot, my eyes get itchy sometimes, and my scalp is so itchy that on several occasions I'v...

Some of their skits make me laugh but I get a lot of secondhand embarrassment when they get kicked out of places or bother people who don't know they're doing a skit.

Re: The Elder Scrolls

I'm not entirely sure how to do that, but the game seems to be running smoother after I disabled the Skyrim Flora Overhaul. It was adding a bunch of extra foliage to the outside world and because skyrim's game engine can't properly change the lighting on plants, it didn't look quite the way I had ex...

Is this going to be another thing I have to wag my finger at, Nintendo?
