Re: The Legend of Zelda
Actually I know at least one person who's super excited to see Agitha in Hyrule Warriors...so uh, yeah, people do care about her. Y'all haters.

Re: The Pokemon thread
In the game having high affection makes your pokemon more likely to get critical hits, dodge attacks, and endure moves that would KO them. It doesn't work for battling with another person but it's useful otherwise.
And some pokemon evolve from high enough affection, like sylveon.

Re: Video Game Sales
Haha, there are a couple problems with that...for me, I mean for starters I don't have my debit card yet  I only recently persuaded my parents to let me have access to my bank account, so the debit card is still pending. Plus, I have two checking accounts: one for irl purchases and one for onl...

Re: Video Game Sales
Can't you buy things directly through Steam now? Or is that only available in certain regios? It's what I do these days. Also good on you for picking up AoE II, hope you'll enjoy it. Yeah you can buy things through steam but you have to have a credit card or a paypal account, and for some reason my...

Re: Video Game Sales
So far for this sale I've bought the Age of Empires HD legacy bundle (which is AoE II HD, an expansion, and AoE II complete collection), Dragon Age: Origins, and Monaco (which I'm not enjoying a whole lot but oh well). Oh yeah and I also finally bought the skyrim dragonborn DLC. I'm considering putt...

Re: Super Smash Bros
Yeah, actually my right hand is better at throwing objects and stuff. But DS's didn't exist when I started playing video games and the most comfortable was for me to hold the stylus is in my left hand, like a pencil. Which is something I've been using every since I was too young to remember. Plus, m...

Re: Super Smash Bros
I took it back to the store the next day. Boy oh boy you made a huge mistake If you're willing to put up with the controls the game is fucking fantastic Did you miss the part where I said I took it back BECAUSE it was hurting my hands so bad because I totally said that if you're not a lefty then yo...

Re: General Game Gabbin'
I was tempted to buy Final Fantasy VII on the steam sale but I stopped myself and read some reviews before doing so because I'd been warned about the quality of the port a while back. Apparently the controls are clunky and the music is still the crummy port midi files instead of the original soundtr...

Re: Super Smash Bros
Kid Icarus Uprising is not lefty friendly. At all. It was so awkward and it hurt my hands so bad that I took it back to the store the next day. According to another left-handed Gamestop employee, the second analogue stick device you can buy separately for the 3ds didn't work either.

Re: The Elder Scrolls
Uh okay so I'm really rustled off at the moment I'm doing a companions quest, the one after Kodlak's death and Eorlund Gray-Mane asked me to retrieve something for him. I got the item but now I can't interact with Eorlund. At all. There's no talk option, I can't even see his name when I move the cur...

Re: Other WebComics
A good example of someone with a professional work ethic is Tom Siddel, the creator of Gunnerkrigg Court. Making the comic is his full-time job now, and his updates are always on time. He's got a hefty comic buffer in case of any sort of hiccup in his work schedule.
