Rest is the biggest risk vs. reward move in the game, in my opinion. Maybe a bit less so in Brawl, because I THINK they made it easier to hit, but in Melee... Wow.

Jigglypuff is actually really stupidly good even though she's the joke character. Lot of aerial options, moves quick, and can be kind of unpredictable. Ness is also pretty good if you manage to work out his PK moves. Even PK Flash, if you can predict where people are going, can take someone out if ...

If someone can actually manage to pull that off they're ether really good or you're just terrible.
Seriously, it's the worst move in the game.

Yeah, everyone should just accept that Ness and Jigglypuff are going to stay, forever.
