Unfortunately for you, I know quite a few EarthBound fans that would rather have EarthBound NOT be released for the VC then be butchered to prevent lawsuits and being sued. I find this all ridiculous. I mean they're not going to release EarthBound on the Virtual Console just because the songs sound "too similar" to other copyrighted songs? THAT. IS. BULLSHIT!!!

It's pretty epic!

One funny thing I saw was in Mother 3, involving this weird Oxygen Machines and this one Pig Mask/Navy SQUEAL saying he kind of enjoys using them, and his friend took a step back.

Mar-ee-oh. I barely know anyone that pronouces it "mare-ee-oh", save that one woman on the Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, but everyone else pronounces it the first way, including the Japanese.

YES! EarthBound is one of the best games I've ever played. Nintendo needs to stop ignoring it and release it on the Virtual Console!
