just, where i've lived in both Arizona and Oregon, if someone called the police on you for disturbing the peace, you get a warning the first time and a fine the second. and i think the fines increase with repeat offenses

yeah pretty much. and the educational system has been getting even stupider by the year. They mostly teach how to take useless standardized tests and how to write essays that are essentially fill-in-the-blank with [your subject here] and [your thesis statement here] etc.

hahaha no. i have never heard of anything like that in the states that isn't in some sort of expensive private school. high school teaches you enough to move on to college or to work minimum wage jobs
