Why would I do that? Ms Paint sucks. I'm slightly decent at general drawing, but then I look like total crap in it. Seriously. I don't know what this is and I (sadly) am the one who drew it. I either draw for practice or fun, and MS paint is neither. And I want to start comics. But I can't do that ...

What I don't understand is how a scout can withstand two or so seconds of point-blank minigun fire.

1 second alone is meant to horrible maim someone.

You can get strength from the big Ghost Pokemon Tower just south of all the hicks/daycare centre.
