51. Find some really large shelves you can fit into, hide behind the stuff on said shelves, and reach your arm out and grab people who walk by to scare them. Best if you cover your arm with something that looks like blood, to make it scarier.

Yeah, it's in Government, and it's over local elections. Ours was today here in Houston, so I have plenty to choose from.
