I think instead of using RNG, I'll use the power items to pass down these IVs to make the ULTIMATE PIKACHU.

Actually that's kind of hard so never mind. I'm still going to make the ultimate Pikachu, though, and the IVs on these guys just makes it so much easier to RNG.

I wish it came with balloons in-game. :(

Thing is, I've went through a box full of Pikachu to get it, and since some of them have perfect IVs I have to keep track of all of them and now I have a Pikachu named Boom isn't that great.

You can get Metal Coats from using the Pokéwalker. It's somewhat easy.
