No, they're saying that because in terms of hardware the WiiU is just barely matching/exceeding the current gen. Which is clearly why Need For Speed on the Wii U uses the same assets and textures as the PC version as opposed to the ones used by the 360 and PS3, because it is only barely more powerf...

I've found that if you play a track of a baby crying while reading bodaciously anything that Phil Fish has said it makes it far more appropriate.

my problem with spy is that I use the cloak and dagger and then proceed to be useless

In the scenario where you're stuck somewhere with people shooting at you, going and finding health or killing dudes for it isn't going to work because they have bullets and will shoot you which, spoiler, makes you die and that's the issue they're trying to avoid.
