One of my very good college friends is a vegetarian. It bodaciously never comes up in conversation unless someone says something like "omg this chicken is amazing you have to try it". She just politely says she's a vegetarian and that is usually the end of it. She is actually the nicest person I know. Seriously, she makes my mother look like a horrible person, and that's pretty hard to do.

There's nothing wrong with most vegetarians, it's a vocal minority that makes them look bad by getting a holier than thou attitude and lecturing everyone on the evils of eating meat. Vegans, however...
