Weird little things we do. obscure habits that have no reason or significance or tics, which are things our body does spontaneously, with no control. (part of the definition of Tourette syndrome involves verbal tics, not necessarily swearing) We don't normally talk about them, and they're typically easy to hide or ignore.
For example, for a time, whenever I did set to a task I would mumble a little 'rawr'. I don't know why, it just happened.
and I'm sure most of us have this:
i can't step on cracks/break lines in pavement
when i get really excited i wiggle my fingers
sometimes i pretend i'm exploding (i make explosion noises and then i jump on my couch)
i am obsessed with things feeling even; if i touch the middle of my palm i have to do it on the other hand, etc. if spend too much time on one side of something (ie playing a game on the computer) i have to scratch the other side until it feels even
i can pick things up with my toes which apparently not everyone can do??
[5:06:23 PM] Yeili: this is kind of cool, i've beaten a murderer in mario party.
I sometimes try to walk imbetween cracks on tiles. Usually they are too wide to do this, so i end up stepping on every other crack. So I try to coordinate my stride length so that i only step on top of every tile, and then-
wait what the fuck am I doing?
and then I continue to walk normally to class, using sheer willpower to resist the urge to not step on the cracks.
Also yea, when no one is around I roleplay situations from stories I put together, acting out scenes and voice acting and shit. This includes goddamn sword fights, magic duels and everything of the sorts.

Everything here except exploding and wiggling fingers.

I make internet jokes under my breath in real life. Occasionally people ask me what I said, and I just kind of mumble "nothing" or "just talking to myself."
The A in this case stands for Armageddon. As in, Armageddon a boner because this plane has a fucking HOWITZER sticking out of it.

be an exploding robot with me
also i dunno if this is weird or not but i always express my coldness in my shoulder/shoulder blades and the top back of my arm. it's really annoying

When thinking of scenarios I will occasionally say one word in some way relevant to what I was thinking about. It will not be under my breath. And it will come out of nowhere to anyone who happens to be around. (for some reason, that's rarely happened)
Sometimes my neck/head spasms. It's rare though. kind of annoying when it happens. (maybe related to the fact I can tense up and vibrate my head?)

I make funny noises. Like, squeaking and meeping when someone pokes my side or when I'm surprised/shocked/startled. And I don't even realize it until I see people giving me weird looks.
