Just my 2 cents, playing spiral knights, he said it pretty daisies frequently. If we weren't doing anything at the time, he would usually toss it out there.
It didn't bug me so much as it just confused the shit out of me.
It didn't help that his name had moep in it, kept making me think of pokemon.

The word moep is part of who he is

We all associate something with each other and for him it's pretty much always "moep". I don't really understand what issues there are with it as, like he said, it's pretty much just him saying hello

It's a carryover from an old community I was from, where Moep was a general greeting/synonym for great.
When it died I just kept using it out of habit and I rather enjoyed the word as it brings back positive memories of Sandbox.

I will try to tone it down in the future, limit it to only my introduction into a chat in games or in chats where it is generally acceptable to say moep.
I believe this is resolved, sorry to cause you any conflict.
