Each citizen has to have at least ten CWC flags on there property, and the only area with shops is the CWCville mall. There are several "gay camps" where homosexuals are sent to rehabilitate, with living conditions there worse than concentration camps. The taxes average to about 95,000 CWCdollars to pay for the genetic research that goes to making Chris's Sonichus, the large amount of propaganda that is made to brainwash young minds, and Chris's own shenanigans.

I think my rewrite is going to be like a backstory to Chris's main version. A cruel, twisted backstory.
And the main part is told out of Chris's lying eyes.

Unless I somehow figure out how to free the original hybrids from their prison as experimental cloning subjects in a way that makes sense.

No. Chris isn't evil per see, he's just horribly incompetent. The Gay Camps would exist, but they're just places where he stuffs gays and pays prostitutes minimum wage to "reprogram" them. All of his prisons are not divided by gender, and most of the buildings are horribly designed. He allows people into the city provided they don't slander him, and all references to things that make Chris uncomfortable are edited out of television programs. There is also a channel that airs nothing but Marry Poppins 24/7. The taxes exist but most are pop flyin' to pay them.

They were always free. Chris just thinks they look the way he draws them. Just find a way to un-brainwash them.
