Can you gift games after they're already in your Library? I know you can do it while purchasing but I don't know about after you've already made the purchase.

If so, I have:

Resident Evil 5 (Cuz I don't play it anymore)
Sniper Elite V2 (I got it free when it went free for like, a day, but I found out that it doesn't support my OS)
Guns of Icarus Online (I can't run it without it crashing mid-game and forcing me to reconnect)

You can get these for free but if you want I would like:

The Warhammer 40K Expansion Packs
Fable Anniversary (Yes I know it's a Pre-Order but i still want it because I've played the first Fable before)
And I would say Dark Souls except I'm not certain my PC can run it (Cuz my PC is shit)

Apparently a game has to be bought as a gift in order to be added to your Inventory rather than your Library, which will allow it to be traded. Found that out after my own personal experience.
