I have Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed 1. I finished ACI a while ago, and I go ACII for Christmas (although I haven't finished it yet since I've been doing other things).
Although ACII is pretty much better than ACI in every way, there is one thing I really miss from ACI. In ACI, whenever you stabbed someone with the hidden blade, there would be this really awesome "SHA-HING" sort of noise. It was incredibly satisfying. However, in ACII, when you stab someone with the hidden blade, all you really hear is a little "click". And it sucks.

They actually do start to get annoyed after too much interaction. Getting your social up is really hard sometimes. That's why when I play Sims, I usually always make at least two sims so that way they can just interact with each other when needed.
If you have Sims Makin' Magic though, you can just jump in to Magic Town, the game'll save, then you can come back, delete your sim, and all your attributes and items will be saved but you can refill all your stats immediately. (I AM A FILTHY CHEATER.)
