Was this man roughly about 6'2", have reddish brown hair, and respond to the name of Samuel Franklin, although his birth name is Oswald? He claims he looks a little like John C. McGinley, but nobody else sees it. He may or may not have tan khakis on with an almost lumberjack-esque button up shirt, except purple, as well as red and gold bowling shoes with black Gold-Toe socks?
