The insides of a mooncake look unappetizing to my friends. Of 4 who tried it, one said it smelled like a muffin, one didn't like it because he just tasted the outside, one liked the duck egg, and one tried to be cool and made gagging sounds.

The mooncakes that you ate are the old fashioned kind. I really hate the duck egg in the middle.
