Apparently No1Else hasn't been browsing the forum for too long, or he/she would have also known that Trennicus isn't the only one allowed to answer questions on this thread. Many people post questions, and anyone answers them for fun.
I was stating my opinion about which Isshu starter was the best, and No1Else decided to get cocky.

Well, either they were retaliating against you telling them to use the intro thread first or your choice. Regardless, there's no reason for anyone to get snappy. Intro thread isn't a big deal.

I used the Introduction Thread around my 20th post. I don't think it's NECESSARY, but I absolutely support it's use.

Eh, I'm 770 posts late to use it so it's alright if it isn't used.
Anyway.

I didn't even notice there was an Introduction Thread until I'd made a bunch of posts.

Not many do. It's not imperative or anything, I don't see the point in spotting a new person making a post and then immediately chastising them for not using the intro thread.

No. And I wouldn't want to teach or practice what I teach if it was PE, either.
It amuses me when I see extremely overweight PE teachers.
