Greetings from Fairfield, CA at one in the morning. Today we went into San Francisco to Pier 39 and Chinatown. The pier was nice as always, but Chinatown just reminded me way too much of Ensenada, Mexico. Only instead of pills and crappy knick-knacks it was herbs and crappy knick-knacks. Distinct lack of street urchins screaming for you to buy Chiclets though.

San Fran is pretty clean, probably the cleanest big city I've been to. I loved the breeze that comes in off the bay too. Also, the one time I went to Lombard St. there was a Ford Explorer tipped over on its roof. Why they even still let people drive on it is beyond me.

So, I'm going to Norway tommorow and will be there for 4 days. I'll be driving from Oslo to Kristiansand and staying in Horten and Froland.
Does anyone have any advice on things I really should be doing when I'm there? Renting a car so transport shouldn't be much of a problem.
