I'm not sure I understand what you were trying to say.
People spend shitloads of time, effort, and cheddar into producing video games, they deserve to get paid for it.

Pokemon Gold is no longer being produced, and thus the original designers, developers, etc are no longer getting cheddar for the sale of the item.

Still, I personally wouldn't want to play Gold on my computer.

That's one of the reasons I kept my SPs.

Personally I downloaded Emerald because my Sapphire copy won't work.

And the Mystery Dungeon games because they are boring to play, but I still wanted to try them.

This second part is why I have most of my roms. I at one point had a Sailor Moon RPG because I saw it, said WTF?, and tried it. It sucked massive amounts of booty, not surprisingly.

I was playing a ton of Pokemon Roms for a while, but I have this weird need to own the games I play.

On the topic of Pokemon Roms, there are some incredibly weird Romhacks for Red, Blue, and Yellow. Most of them are horribly broken piles of booty. I guess I shouldn't have expected that much out of a Romhack for a game like Pokemon, though.

I have a friend that says that he is going to download the Japanese version of Black and White (a ROM of course) when it becomes available. :/
Don't worry he'll buy it when it comes over here, he's just impatient. I don't like ROMs so I won't do it.

Also my mom just ordered this as a graduation present for me.
