I would've thought a Mii would use their own history ie wii sports (meh), wii sports resort (better), Mario Kart (yess) and Streetpass Plaza.

SIDE SPECIAL: THROW PUZZLE PIECE. LOSE TWO PLAY COINS EVERY USE.

I'm kinda hoping it's going to be some sort of combo between Omnithea's and Lord Retardus' ideas, mainly give the Miis the moves from their own history, yet make it customizable.

On an unrelated note, seeing how Melee gave us Side Specials, and Brawl gave us Final Smash, what do you guys think we'll be getting as a new move slot (Did I say that right?) in Smash Bros Wii U/3DS?

i'd personally like to see something along the lines of a desperation style attack, that you can only use when you have really high % damage, and does a fair amount of damage over a wide-ish area, but takes a second or two to charge (depending on character and strength of move naturally) once you start it, and you can't cancel out.

like, mario does his spinning top thing, but his hands grow giant, samus drops a power bomb, ness shoots PKwhatever in both directions in a short range, sonic does a bounce attack that sends out shockwaves, pikachu does something similar to his final smash but on the ground and immobile while it lasts, link does a great spin attack, captain falcon just sort of erupts into eagle-shaped flame, kirby uses his microphone copy ability and sends out shockwaves, ect ect

I'd like to more of a combo system, look at games like UMvC3 or Soul Calibur 5, fluent combos that can be easily preformed.

except SSB isn't like street fighter or MVC or anything at all really. It's floaty, it's based around making combos out of regular moves, and it's damage is based off how far someone can be launched (meaning someone with %999 damage can still potentially win, and someone with %50 can still lose easily). Doing shit like giving Mario some sort of quarter-circle A+B+K+L up down left down bam fireball would not only take too daisies long for the style of fighter it is, but it would also make it difficult for younger fans to get into, not to mention it'd be flat useless due to the way you kill people in it, which involves split second decisions.

The way Smash Bros works is fine as it is. I'd like more balance for the competitive fans of the series but that's not one of the developers' priorities.

Not really, in each game there are usually a handful of overpowered characters and a handful of near useless characters, at least in the competitive 1v1 (and 2v2) no-items formats.

Really? Ike isn't that over powered, he is really slow and has long startup frames for his attacks.

What does that second part have anything to do with what he just said?

Implement aerial throws. Give everyone a stat boost similar to Lucario's. Lucario increases damage output as his damage percent increases. Have Pikachu/Captain Falcon/Sonic become faster with damage increase. Have Bowser's throws possess more launching power as he takes damage. Maybe not necessarily connect them to damage. Perhaps strikes delivered or number of jumps performed.
I'd like to keep combos out of it, not because I dislike them, but other games already have it and will do it better. Smash Bros is for other things.
Character is what you are in the dark.

Aerial throws would be useless since you can't block in air.

Aerial throws in a game without air blocking are only interesting when not everyone has one.

You can dodge while in the air...

Yes, but you can't block. And dodging leaves you vulnerable and can be baited.
