Good question. I'm going to guess incorporeal.

If he did teleport them, that seems like a waste to just move them about ten feet or so. Plus, the way they looked all semi-transparent, seems more likely he just ghosted them.

He also appears to be gripping a bladed fence topper quite tightly. He might wanna knock that off before he loses a finger or four.

Honestly, I don't think Jivi is gonna stick around very long. But it is interesting to know that those thugs are from The Family...

The current scene is made so much worse because of the time between updates. Makes it seem like everything is going by even slower for them.
