So with this new page we learned that Quigley and his wife built Uaid for the queen, Possibly as some sort of pymary-proof superweapon. At least that's what it sounds like.

It's interesting to see a working system of reincarnation. I wonder if there's any karma involved or if souls just get re-assigned as available.

Both religions in the comic's world (Gefendur and Ssaelism) have reincarnation where you have to be crazy virtuous to break free from the cycle. The wiki that's linked at the top of the comic's site has info about it, but I don't think either one mentions a system of karma.

I'm more interested in how aberrations like Duane and Murkoph were created and the inevitable big-booty fight that's going to happen over at Stockyard's place with everyone we've been following converging there for one reason or another. You know it's gonna happen.

Well, he as delirious and thinking that Sette was Mikaila, so it sort of makes sense that he doesn't remember anything. Probably thought they were the Crescians that killed him.
