Oh boy. There's a lot to cover.

First off, in Chris's warped continuity the dog episode is episode 12.5. Had Patti not died Chris would have just used some other deus ex machina. Her line is supposed to be an Excel Saga reference(the episode with the talking dogs) but Chris fucked it up.

On the topic of Megan, you'll note that this is the last time Chris drew her in a miniskirt. This was because the actual Megan found out about episode 13 (the attempt at an upskirt, in particular) and got rustled at him. She also told him to stop using her characters. As a result you get the last few pages. Next issue is her(but sadly not Megagi's) last appearance. It's also the first issue to be written when Chris was being trolled.

Reldnahc is actually an amusing thing. First off his outfit is another Excel Saga reference, it's supposed to be based on some gay punk rocker who scared Chris.

Second, Chris has clearly been trying to do the "he's me only he made the wrong choices" thing with him from the start. Problem is Chris has had a very bland life and these "wrong choices" consisted of things like "express annoyance at my circumstances" and "I dislike my dad". This got kind of meaningless because Chris actually does hate his dad (for stupid reasons).

So for some reason he changed it to the "Evil duplicate" thing, except in Chris's mind "evil" is the same word as "gay". So he has a gay twin instead of an evil twin. Said gay twin is respected by his (adopted) father, feared by many, clearly isn't insecure about his weight, isn't afraid to go shirtless, is secure in his sexuality, planned ahead and wore a codpiece just in case his "good" side was an enormous wuss who went straight for his balls, plays pranks on the stupid Sonic recolor, and above all is trying to help Chris realize that he's an enormous closet case.
