Depends. If you take the philosphical stance that what is best is what creates the most happiness for the most people then it is okay because it would create more happiness then sadness.
I don't think you're both really serious about this, but really, in my eyes, his existence has created more joy than sadness.
The only ones who's life he's really fucking up is himself, his parents, and whoever comes within 10 feet of him. But he is one of the most reliable lulcows on the internetz and thusly has brigthened the day of many a merry troll.

It makes me pretty sad to know that people such as him exist, actually.

Sad perhaps, but wiser. We cannot stand ignorant in face of this truth.

Well...

He's right, you know. And as much as I hate to admit it, Chris-chan is another human being(I think). So yeah, I think it is kind of "bad."

besides, his parents will soon die, and he will have to fend for himself. I'm not wishing his parents will die, but the living conditions they're in, I don't think they have much time left, maybe 1-5 years?

Why not? Have you been around people? They suck.

Somewhat true, but wishing someone would die is still kinda douchebaggish. No offense, Komodoensis.

I see it as like...a sick horse or a pet.
In a sense, I feel kinda bad for Chris, upon not being raised right.I think he'll be happier out of his misery. But I don't wish it on him.

They don't. At least not all of them. You just have to get to know them.

So what if Chris wasn't (and lets face it the probability is pretty high) human?

No...but then again, I'm a tree hugger, so it kind of goes without saying. But I would wish death on certain bugs. I don't like most bugs. Especially mosquitos, nobody likes them. And stinkbugs, because they're annoying as hell and they're an invasive species.
