Chris doesn't have a degree in CADD. He has a certificate, which is what his comic self is talking about, but not a degree. When confronted with this he called it a "Degree and Certificate". This may refer to the fact that he does have an associate's degree in Applied Science, which he probably got along with said certificate. I can only assume that Chris assumed that since they came in the same bag they were both for CADD.

His degree plan, begun in 2000, usually takes people about two years to earn. He finally got the degree and certificate set in 2006, around the time he drew the comic you're reading now. It's generally assumed that the degree was given out so Bob would stop pestering the school, as Episode 13 (this comic right now) has evidence suggesting that Chris did poorly in the class. It won't be hard to miss.

He's kind of pop flyin' now, at this point in time. He's getting into animu, he's even gone to two cons, he's got a nice little hangout where he can play pokeymans with the kids, he's got all the video games the taxpayer can buy him, and there's a girl he thinks he has in the bag. His life is basically stress-free, from his perspective.

In a year, a goon who went to PVCC will post a link to the Sonichu site on SA. 4chan will find out a few days later. Lulz ensues and I can start explaining in detail.

Actually, on that note, the guy who broke them up is bodaciously just a torso. The scenery drawn between the gaps in that bench is clearly depicted, and his lower half simply isn't there. Now that's dedication to the line of duty.
