So how "interesting" is Panty & Stocking?

My curiosity has been piqued but at same time I'm not sure if I really want to check it out

I saw Dead Leaves in at a club and...suffice to say, I felt embarrassed watching it in a theater full of people but it was interesting I'll give it that. At least, it didn't make me leave so that's something.

You realize you can't get away with the same kinda shit on american shows that you could easily get away with on japanese shows, I'm hoping.

I think they're trying to air this show for a teenager audience, maybe younger. course I could easily be wrong, it's not like I watch the show or anything so I wouldn't know. Course they're gonna censor the fact he's drunk off his booty.


Though i will give you the Rice balls =/= doughnuts thing, that's still pretty retarded.

You missed the fact that both Bleach and Naruto are dubbed by different companies. While both are licensed by Viz, they hired an outside studio to dub Bleach (Studiopolis, I believe), and like Imp said, Viz is aiming Naruto at a younger audience. That means it airs at a time more accessible to younger children (while Bleach is on later), meaning more censors. That's just how things work. You can always watch the original with subtitles.

Or buy/rent the uncut dub.
The Naruto Shippuden movie had as much swearing as Bleach.

And there are a lot of the same voice actors between the English dubs, so I thought it was the same company.

So I just watched the Fatal Fury movie. I know it's a 1994 anime...


But DAMMIT was it TOTAL booty.

The STORY is booty, the FIGHTS are booty, the CHARACTERS are booty, the ANIMATION is eh alright at times but most of the time it's booty, and the MUSIC was alright too I guess.

Seriously, I thought I was going crazy when I heard the bad guy saying "TELLY BONGADO" for the 11th time. And the bad guy sucks. No, the bad guyS suck. All of them. Their fighting styles are stupid. Their designs are stupid.
The only good part of the movie is a random Geese Howard scene in which he does a Raging Storm! It lasts, like, 30 seconds at best! And no, Mai being almost naked during a third of her screen time does not make the movie better.
The Street Fighter Alpha movie is better than this one. That's saying something.
