So I decided to watch Narutaru a few days ago. The opening is a lie. And since the show stops halfway into the story I started reading the manga - which is even more devastating. ;A;

If you plan on reading the thing, don't research it on wikipedia, don't look it up on youtube - it's so much more effective when you don't know anything about it beforehand like I did.

I remember reading about Narutaru in Newtype before they went out of print, and I was thoroughly creeped out by the description alone.

Today I bought the first two volumes of Astro Boy (in one book) and the giant Azumanga Daioh book.

I'm sort of dissapointed and disoriented that Astro Boy is going from left to right, but eh, what are you going to do.

Is it one of those old ones where the publishers tried to make it popular by fliping it around?

Probably.

Astro Boy was originally printed in 1951.

I have that book too. I believe it was first published in English around 2003 or so and Darkhorse had mirror-flopped it.

It is severely disorienting to me.

I keep on reading pages backwards.

Finally decided to watch Clannad in one go, instead of hoping for Adult Swim to pull through with a marathon. On episode five.

Finished Clannad.

Best final episode out of any anime series I've ever seen. What's cool is that the anime came before the manga.
