HSotD had a great first episode. Overabundant fanservice aside, it feels just how a zombie story should.

Who here dislikes 4kids. I dislike 4kids.

At least they didn't call ramen spaghetti or some crap like that. They said noodles, more than ramen, but they did say ramen.

I think they called them riceballs about 3 times.

I never liked 4 Kids. Oooh, I hate them for what they did to One Piece!

Also why do they change the food? Is there something offensive about foreign food?

The little ones might learn something if they put it foreign foods and words. Or they might learn of a country called Japan, and Pokemon is not American made.

Slightly off topic but I remember once my teacher said something like "You know Americans come up with ideas like Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon to make lots of cheddar." and I tried so hard not to say "IT'S JAPANESE daisies YOU"

Also, the main reason the riceball-sandwich picture is epic fail is because the sandwich would not fit in the wrappings, yet the riceball would.

They did that, I'm prettys sure, because young American white kids wouldn't know what the hell a riceball was.

Maybe the 4kids- people just need some extra work to give poor animators so they can live.

4Kids just likes censoring guns, Nazi salutes, inappropriate gestures, and food.

Maybe kids don't know what rice balls are and 4kids is for kids.
