Re: Movies
I just really liked the idea of those awesome toys having all these awesome fights. It'd be nice if they somehow spotlighted more of their diverse personalities though.
Re: Movies
This is why I really don't watch modern horror movies at all.
The thing is though even with movies that I hear people say are scary as shit don't scare me at all. Like, we watched The Exorcist and Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the original one) and everyone in the class was like shitting themselves, and I wasn't scared one bit.
I saw the first Paranormal Activity, I thought it was boring and lame.
Hell, even movies I like, like the original Halloween, and Alien (which is one of my all time favorites) I like as movies and I find them entertaining...but they still don't scare me.
The only movies that have creeped me out even to the slightest degree are Silence of the Lambs, and Zodiac, because those movies are set in reality, as opposed to super natural themed horror movies such as The Exorsist, and Paranormal Activity where I find it near impossible to buy the premise of demons and demonic possession and the such. But even then I wouldn't say I was scared. Simply because I'm always aware that I'm watching a movie.
I can get grossed out by blood and gore if it is done in a realistic way, usually if the intent of the violence in the movie is malicious and cruel. But over the top things like Repo! TGO, Sweeny Todd I find hilarious.

Re: Movies
I love how they finally made a movie about a couple Norwegian guys braving the cold to warn a group of American scientists about the horrible monster. I don't know why they kept on going after the main characters died though. Who cares about the American extras?

Re: Movies
The live action will suck so bad, they might as well start calling it Steve instead.
