I loved Super 8, although as mentioned it does have hints of Cloverfield to it (understandable given one of the directors), so I might be a little biased since that's one of my favourite movies. :B Still, I enjoyed it a lot.
In other news, watched Four Lions a few days ago. Unfortunately there was a storm partway through so we lost signal and didn't get to see the ending, but it was hilarious from what we were able to see, and I recognised some of the settings (Meadowhall whoooo) so for some reason that made it even more amusing.

When The Room was on Adult Swim forever ago, I forced my mother and stepfather to watch it. He and I were riffing through the whole thing, Mom was just begging me to change the channel.
The A in this case stands for Armageddon. As in, Armageddon a boner because this plane has a fucking HOWITZER sticking out of it.

Haven't seen it yet, looks interesting though. I am actually kinda scared by the premise. Not because of the alien bullcrap, but more by the whole "We are stuck on the moon with very little oxyden left and will die forgotten and alone, hundreads of thousands of kilometres away from home".
