Aahhh, yeah. Cartoon network loves doing that. I'd rather wait til' a season collection is released in 2020.

Still awaiting a goddamn Ed Edd N Eddy DVD box set.

I freaking love Steven Universe. I'll turn anything I can into an opportunity to express my love for it and if you think I can't I'll always find a way.
So anyway, what would ya'll consider the funniest episode of SU? I have to say Shirt Club, mostly for the back-to-back scenes of the gems freaking out and Steven "shooting" the mayor.

Whomp whomp whomp WHOMP

The episodes I thought were funniest were Tiger Millionaire and Steven and the Stevens.

Also the Uncle Grandpa episode was shit, but it had one amazing joke about shipping, so I have to give it credit for that.

I feel as thought Rebecca picked uncle grandpa because not many people like the show, but the few who do would still enjoy it. That was a clever move on her part for an April fools joke.

(Admittedly, the Uncle Grandpa episode was hilarious for me.)

Also, I saw the Onion episode in full, and I just think that Onion is a weird kid, nothing really evil or satanic, just a really weird kid that doesn't act like normal people.

What do you mean not many people like Uncle Grandpa? Its a ratings bonanza. It just doesnt have a very big online following because there's not enough fodder for the creepy fucking shippers who overrun every fandom

I guess I was in the wrong side of the woods with the show, I personally like Uncle Grandpa just because I think it's a good Foil to the somewhat more serious tone of Steven Universe.

But yes, SU's fandom is absolutely overflowing with weird AU's, shippings, and Peridot/Jasper redemption.

I think people who hated the crossover are just mad that Mr. Gus and Pizza Steve playfully mocked the concept of gemsonas and the episode playfully bastardized Pearl's character by making her stark raving nuts

And most of them fail to realize that because it was a Steven Universe episode, Rebecca Sugar had full control of it and made sure that the episode appealed to fans of both shows

I just didn't find it funny, and it felt more like UG in SU and not a crossover. Guess that makes me a fuddy duddy who hates fun, apparently.

Oh my god guys, he doesn't have to like it. I didn't like it either. No one is saying you're a terrible person for thinking that episode was funny/good.

out of the two "Fuck it, let's do dumb shit for 11 minutes" episodes, I liked Say Uncle better.

Which doesn't mean much, because I really didn't like Garnet's Universe. Don't even watch it when I go back through the series, which Say Uncle can at lease claim. Nevertheless, if I were to make a list of my least favorite episodes, Say Uncle would probably be...well, not 2, probably more like 5, but it would still make the list.
