Okay I need to either get some armor or level medic skill because everyone gets free shots at me as I charge in with granny Facepuncherina.

After a hilarious and scary encounter...or well, running from Deathclaws, i made it to Freeside and began searching the town.
After half a fucking hour i finally find the robotics building and find what i need. I also hacked the terminal after a good 10 minutes and got absolutely fucking nothing outta the deal.
Oh well, ED-E is awesome.

So it turns out that the batshit insane granny charging into a group with spiked knuckles/combat knife kills things faster with less damage than my pinpoint accuracy handgun sneaker. !0 in STR, AGI, END, 1 in INT, 3 in CHA, 6 or 7 in LUC.
The low intelligence is amusing though. "I took care of the bunny hunter."

Die. Reload. Die. Reload. Die. Reload. Die. Reload. Die. Reload. Die. Reload.
Oh nothing much, just four Legionnaire Assassins on the road outside Novac. Started off being able to kill one, then two, then three, and for the longest time I kept getting wasted by Sir Hunting Rifle from a fuck-far distance.
Finally managed to take them all down by sneak killing the leader with That Gun before he even got close enough to talk, Stealth Boy, watch the melee fucker run away with the machine gunner, get close to Sir Hunting Rifle and slay him from stealth, take his armor and equip it to confuse melee guy who came back, did not one-shot him because he had a ton of armor but didn't manage to find me in Stealth Boy mode, took his Thermic Lance and charged over to the machine gunner to jam it into his chest cavity to dispense liquid hate.
Then a merchant came by and I sold the loot for 2,000 caps altogether. Not bad. I'm dicking around Hoover Dam for no reason right now when I should be heading north from Boulder City.

Delved into Vault 34 with Victoria and came out with some neat stuff. Sniper Rifle, All-American, and plenty of other explosives/arms to sell. Keeping the first two though, they're got high DAM and the sniper rifle especially finally gives me a powerful sneak attack from a long range. Fitted it with a suppressor too.

If you try to brute force your way through the Sierra Madre, you're gonna have a bad time.
In other news, I KILLED A GIANT ROBOTIC SCORPION. SEVERAL DIFFERENT WAYS.

Judging by all the praise I'm receiving in these ending slides, I must have done a pretty daisies good job of beating Old World Blues. I completely upgraded the Sink and decided my brain was better off without me.
Only one road yet remained, and it was one the Courier had to walk alone.

Ah. Lonesome Road was fun.
And by fun, I mean difficult in many ways. For example.
"Dodedo. Looting a random trailer."
*THUMP*
"Oh dear. What was that noise? I better get my rifle and take a lo-OH GOD! WHY IS A DEATHCLAW ON THE ROOF OF THIS THING!?"
*Dead*
