Re: Guild Wars 2: All Aboard the Mantrain
So I hit 400 Leatherworking today
The materials are really daisies rare but I can make stuff that sells for 2 gold a pop now, that'll be some good income for the future

Is there like.. a point to cooking other then eating the food yourself?
As far as I can tell, you can't sell anything you make, which is ridiculous. Is there eventually a few recipes that you can sell, or what?
Oh, well, you can make Dyes. I guess you would be able to sell those?
Still, I would like to not have 30 different meals in my bank sitting there rotting. :<

Re: Guild Wars 2: All Aboard the Mantrain
Probably best to just merch them then.
Re: Guild Wars 2: All Aboard the Mantrain
You can do that? Pretty sure you can't.
Re: Guild Wars 2: All Aboard the Mantrain
I guess the problem isn't that you "can't" sell the food in the trading post, but nobody wants it. There are some cheap buys for some of them, but most food isn't even being bought. I listed some of my stuff for various prices from 1-60c(usually like 5c).
Re: Guild Wars 2: All Aboard the Mantrain
tradingpost kinda sucks because no one actually thinks abut the price they're putting on there, most people seem to just put the default for everything
Re: Guild Wars 2: All Aboard the Mantrain
Actually some of the higher end food sells really well, on top of most of the pizza slices. I've managed to make a few gold off of it so far.

Your problem is probably that you're at low level crafting
When you get to high level, ESPECIALLY with Cooking, you start to roll in some absurd dosh.

Question: how to deal with thiefs in sPvP as a support caster? The fuckers keep teleporting on top of you and kill you in a couple of hits. I could immobilise them but I don't really have the space for that on my bar and they have skills that break that.

Wait for a Thief nerf
Really, just about every build has been tried. Warriors with full Vit and Toughness can't stand up to a proper Thief combo.

Been playing some PvE thief, pistol whipping them bitches. Also found armour that does not look completely retarded. Still having some trouble though against multiple mobs with higher levels. Guess I need more traits and shit, lvl 17 atm.

I beat the Troll's End jump puzzle in Lion's Arch! I feel so proud.
Even though I used a shortcut to get through a portion of it, dang Charrs can't jump in small caves.

Mr. Sparkles is a highly stereotypical "Funny robot" but I still find him hilarious.
