That armor looks even weirder on a Charr, although I only had the coat. Meanwhile, my current armor which I bought from the trading post for not too bad of a price and put runes of the dolyak on:

I'm still pretty basic at level 35 but I quite like my poofy quilted armor.

All armor types share the same appearance on every race, except the cultural armors, and you can find those on the wiki

The armours would obviously look different on the different races though.

Only Charr have any significant body differentiation. It's smaller on Asura and larger on Norn, and lumpier on Charr.
