The Halo Section
Re: The Halo Section
It could have to do with having to cache some information?
No idea why that'd be a specific thing to multiplayer, but it's at least a thing you'd need a hard drive for.

Re: The Halo Section
Yeah, caching data and such makes sense.
What game type are you guys going to play first in multiplayer? I wanna give Grifball a shot.

Re: The Halo Section
I am the least lucky with Halo: Reach, one of my favorite games in the series, but shit luck.
First I buy it from gamestop used, my cousin breaks it, get it replaced (for free aww yis)
... the dog runs over my xbox, destroying the disk.
I didn't want to se what would happen if I tried again

So I decided to kill some time and watch Forward Unto Dawn.
It's actually pretty amazing! The Covenant are actually scary in it, too

Re: The Halo Section
Spartan Ops is looking to be the best part of Halo 4 by far.

Re: The Halo Section
got back from the midnight launch a little while ago and played a few matches with friends.
It's different.
not bad but every game has had the same general feel to it until now, gonna take a bit of getting used to.

Re: The Halo Section
From this video that shows off a pretty immature easter egg, it looks like Halo 4's gameplay is not that distinguishable from the other games. Does the game just feel different when you control it, like things feel more solid or more smooth?

The HoloHump seems like it might add strategic tea-bagging.
