Hey you can add me on SC2 if y'all want.
Character's Elarik, I don't remember my character code; I'll have it up when I log in again.

You're on NA right? I wish I had someone on EU to play with. Oh well, I guess I don't have time at the moment anyway.
Here's a reddit thread that attempts to compile the information on HotS.
Once the second battle report is released I'll start putting all important stuff in the OP

I recently purchased a full version upgrade to my starter account and I only today started playing the campaign. I remember how fucking awesome it was when I was watching my dad play and we heard Jim Raynor speak AND HE SOUNDED EXACTLY LIKE HE DID IN SC1 HELL FUCKING YES

I am slowly improving at zerg.
Basing on time I first spawn a Spawning Pool.

Gawd yes. One of the only things I was dissapointed in was the fact that Zeratul didn't have his own awesome voice actor, but that's excuseablesince the guy unfortunatly passed away.Sol Reaper wrote:I recently purchased a full version upgrade to my starter account and I only today started playing the campaign. Also that every mission had a timed gimmick, but then after playing the original game again, I realised that otherwise it'd just be more of the same. I appreciate/ like it more now for that very reason.

Flash vs Life was such a good watch. I love how they use very basic tactics in such a way that it looks easy except you'll never get to do it that way because you suck.
I suck

Re: Starcraft II: Koreans are too good at this game
Well if Life figured this out and did this intentionally, it goes a bit beyond basics. That would be fucking brilliant.
To sum it up, when facing mines as Zerg, move command your lings to run past the bio and attack the mech. The mines won't trigger and the ones in the back that do will do more damage to the Terran army than they do to yours.
If this turns out to be a viable counter to mines maybe they won't need a nerf at all (right now it's up for debate since they are very cost-efficient).

Re: Starcraft II: Koreans are too good at this game
So I'm hearing that HotS completely fucked the original Starcraft's storyline and, in my opinion, best character's development by making Kerrigan human at the end and Raynor falls in love with her despite explicitly saying he'd hunt her down and kill her for all she's done.
True or false?

Stuff goes here later.
Re: Starcraft II: Koreans are too good at this game
I haven't played the original Starcraft, but one could apparently make a case for it. This already happened with WoL though (the contradiction). The idea is that Raynor swore that when he thought there was no way to bring Kerrigan back to normal. Kerrigan committed all those atrocities because she was infested, so she wasn't in control of her actions.
Now I haven't played HotS yet, so I'm not sure of this, but I heard Kerrigan does more awful stuff there, free of any influence, so turns out Raynor is a dumbass. I don't know if he forgives her for that.
