Pit: Hey look, an Exotank!
Hades: Hey look, who cares?

Got this game recently and am loving hand weapons. The basic control scheme was weird at first, but now I reckon they're pretty cool.

Also, the Phosphora Bow is incredible, up there with my favorite weapons.
I just want a sequel (eventually, but fairly soon, like in 3-4 years, not 25.)

But then we need the next Smash first...

Can we just clone Sakurai?

There's not enough Sakurai to make the games we love.

And to think most people wanted Sakurai to drop Kid Icarus to work on Smash sooner.

And there needs to be a Kid Icarus Stage with the Gods snarking back and forth in the background. It is mandatory. And if they bring back the "Subspace Emissary" style of the Adventure Mode, they need dialogue like this. If just for the villains.

Which character(s) need to be made playable in the next game though? I'm thinking Magnus and/or MAYBE Thanatos just to round out the villains (I would say Gaol, but they weren't very set up in the game for much besides being similar to Ganondorf. Plus, she technically wasn't a villain, the armor was.)

Reapers for Assist Trophies.

Ever since Chapter 21, I've been hoping for Palutena's inclusion. She could be a Glass-Cannon style character like Zelda without being, well, Zelda.

And Dark Pit could get in so they can use someone to be able to use all the different weapon classes of Uprising.

I would want her too, but I'd prefer if she was a background character in a Kid Icarus Stage, possibly helping/hurting competitors.

in the next smash Pit has to use The First Blade.

just to mix up his moveset a bit, and it seems to be his main thing now anyways so hey.

I think that Magnus and Phosphora would both make a cool addition to the next SSB game. And a stage based on the Space Kraken would be awesome.

Also, I think I just fused an awesome Palm weapon. Virgo Palm, Poison +4, Speed +4, Shot Range +1, In-peril autododge +2.

Yeah, the exotanks are kinda a pain to control properly.

Might be my control setup but steering the daisies things is annoying as hell.

Hmm... what about a stage based on the aurum invasion?

That final boss fight is awesome.

FINALLY got a chance to play through a bunch of chapters and catch up with most people. I'm through 23 now.

Also, holy crud, chapter 21/22. PIT'S WINGS BURN OFF. AND SHOW THE BONE UNDERNEATH. AND THERE IS BLOOD. Following up on Palutena seemingly being evil, this game sure knows how to do an epic mood whiplash. I just felt so terrible that things were going so wrong for the characters.

I guess you could say I... Pitied them.

I feel like the exotanks just control weird. Like, it's not really the camera, it's just the way they move. It's such a dramatic change from how everything else works.

If the camera centered onto the back of it, and stayed locked until you got out, that'd be way better.

Exotanks are mostly a pain because everything else can turn better than you, and you can only shoot out the front.

I think you should have forward and backward shots. Because I got shit lined up behind me pretty well.

The thing that confused me the most at first about the Exo Tank was that there's a big blue double arrow on top of it (which looks kinda like the shots from Star Fox) that you can swing around with the touch screen (assuming default controls) but the shots only ever come out of the front. It would have made more sense to have the lasers shooting in the direction of the arrows so you're not totally helpless against foes behind you (since you can run several enemies over anyway). It would have worked better with how poorly the Tank handled. Also, having to press a button on the touchscreen to boost didn't really work well in my opinion, though I suppose there really wasn't anywhere else to put it.

I love this game. Entirely.

Viridi for the best character ever.
Also, I laughed at Hades' comment that he should destroy the fountain thing before Pit can go in and come back out dressed like young Pandora.

I think Lady Palutena is the best character. Although Pandora had some great lines too. And Hades really was fantastic. And Pyrrhon was great too. This game aaaaa
