Ok, so here are some shop rules I am laying out.

Shops can be inside our outside the market district, but the market district would be a better place for them since it's where everyone is expecting shops to be, if yours is outside the district, please don't spam telling people about it.

Shops can only have a limit of 5 items to sell, no exceptions. Sorry if this seems bossy, but I would like to give people a share at making their own shops.

Shops must have a theme, a defining one that isn't too broad. For example, Kilos Kitchen sells food, Noffletoffs Lumbermill sells logs, Komos Desert store sells sand, sandstone and cacti, Varns propane sells tnt, gunpowder, coal and flint and iron.

For tool shops, they will now need to be specialty tool stores. For example, one store will sell iron tools, while another sells gold tools, and another sells diamond tools.

Sorry if this seems like I'm being mean, but it's to keep things organized.

Also a reminder to those who want to play in the wilderness... MAKE SURE YOU ARE ACTUALLY IN THE WILDERNESS, the wilderness is not outside the city walls, it's outside the kingdom! If you're not sure if you're in the wilderness, do /res info and if it shows you on Awkward Kingdom, don't steal!

Also, I turned damage on in the city, you will take damage now, if you n eed to heal, head to the awkward Hot springs near the death pit to heal up! Or buy yummy food from Kilos Kitchen <3

I think it would be better to have tool stores specialize in tools rather than tool types. Someone could sell pickaxes, another, axes, etc. Then people wouldn't suddenly get the premium diamond shop that everyone wants to buy from and that gets all the cheddar while the gold/wood shop people are like "well shit".

Plus, that would fill up the 5 item limit. Wood, Stone, Iron, Gold, Diamond.
You are now manually breathing.

I actually like this idea, although that just shifts it from who gets diamond to who gets the pick shop, in my opinion.

Sort of related, but I'll change my shop around for the new rules once I my extra RAM arrives and I can play without crashing bodaciously a minute in.

No, that would be unfair and would limit new players who might want to make shops in the future. Keep it at five.

1 cheddar per block? Then I can continue grinding my way to 1 million cheddar. I have 57k now, should be alright.

Heck yeah.

As sexy as that is, I must object to this. I have other people to think about too, not everyone is crazy enough to grind one million gold =p

I need to figure out a fair price per certain number of square blocks, like Y x Z = A cheddar, or something like that.

HybridgeEdge, would you be able to move your shop inwards like one space on each side? You've built on the plot line and the road itself.

I thought it was kind of clear but since I see this a few times I will just point it out now: 1) When I make plot borders, don't actually build on the one-block high dirt border. Having houses or shops crushed against one another isn't nice to look at; 2) Don't build on the actual road. I don't care much about houses being right next to the road, only houses being right on top of each other. Please and thank you~
