I was in the middle of my arena, and I did have a bunch of items I actually liked...

Have you been on the server lately?

Most if not all of us currently playing on the new map seem to enjoy it

I personally enjoy it, though I miss my giant stash of rare iteams. But I can just go adventuing again and get it all back again.

Not the end of the world guys, just a fresh start is nice once in a while when you over build a world.

A fresh start?

Many of us put hours of work into our stuff. Many of us were in the middle of projects and had structures and items we would have liked to have kept.

Was there even a vote for this?
As far as I can tell, Noff just decided to load up a new world and build a castle, something that he could have done just as well on the old world.

You could jsut put hours of work into a structure on singleplayer

Noff didn't build a castle. He and a couple others built 4 giant walls and established a city within with the help of everyone on the server. This time around we're actually working together instead of having shit flung every which way across the entire map

Maybe people like having things all around.

Its hard to overbuild on a map as big as the ones minecraft give you.

Part of the fun is playing with other people and working together, then sharing/showing off those creations.

Honestly, single player is extremely dull.

We had a city on the old map. Noff restricted construction in it and it had a limited space.
Everyone built up around the city since oops nobody allowed to build inside it.
And, as I am 100% positive is happening on this new map, everyone is going to fling their "shit" every which way they wish across the whole map, unless Noff banned construction outside the walls.

CN, don't say anything about the map with 100% certainty without actually playing on the daisies thing

You can't keep everyone strictly inside the walls. That's more of a prison than a city.

You want to complain about the new map, then actually play on it. We're all building within and around the walls. No one has their shit flung about a mile or 10 miles away.

What

does

it

fucking

matter

where we built on the old server?

You could have your big castle city a million fucking miles from Awkward City. Fly out there or whatever and set up a sortal or take a nap in a bed. Build your city with whoever wants to live in it. We've had hermits on the servers before, nobody gave a shit about them.

Red is the outskirts, it has monsters on, but no creeper damage, you can subzone land here for free and build as you wish.

Black is the city. Healing is turned on, no monsters, you can also subzone in here for free and build as you wish.

To subzone in the city, select two corners, after you select two corners, do /res select sky, this will make your selection make a cube into the sky. Do not use vert or bedrock, I will delete these lands if you do, then do /res subzone Awkward_Kingdom.Awkward_City (name) to create your own subzone.

Same thing for outside the city, except you use /res subzone Akward_Kingdom instead.

I'm not sure if you can change the flags inside your own subzone. If you cannot, just ask me to change them for you.
